Start with the Prices & Packages. With a photo we check the situation. We work with fixed prices, so there are clear agreements upfront.
I see black dots in my sealant. Do I need to replace it? expand_more
Yes, unfortunately. Once mould gets into the sealant (black dots), you cannot clean it out. Replacement is the only hygienic and good-looking solution.
Can I shower the same day? expand_more
Sealant needs to rest. In most cases it is fully usable after 24 hours. You will receive clear instructions after the job.
Do you have matte colors? expand_more
Yes. We have several matte shades (such as matte grey, matte white and matte black) that look great with concrete-look tiles or natural stone.
Do I get a warranty? expand_more
You get a 2-year warranty on the workmanship and adhesion of sealant applied by De Kitbaas. When you report an issue, we first assess the cause. If it falls under warranty, we repair the affected sealant work at no charge.
