Crucial: The right order (Painting vs. Sealing)

This is the most common mistake. The order determines the final result:

Walls & ceilings (Acrylic)

We come before painting (or between primer and topcoat). We use Anti-Crack sealant that paints over perfectly without cracking.

Floors & skirting (Silicone)

We come after painting and laying the floor. We use color-matched silicone sealant. It is not paintable, but elastic, dirt-repellent and easy to clean.

What does it cost to seal my whole house? expand_more
It depends on the number of meters and corners. The fastest way is the Prices & Packages. Then send a photo via WhatsApp and we’ll turn it into a fixed price.
Do you seal before or after painting? expand_more
It depends on the spot. We seal ceilings and walls before painting (so the sealant takes the color). We seal skirting along the floor after painting (with color-matched sealant) for a clean, wipeable edge.
Do you also seal expansion joints in screed floors? expand_more
Yes. With large surfaces (especially with underfloor heating) the floor must be able to move. We seal these joints with high-quality, elastic sealant in a color that matches your floor or grout.
Can I paint over the sealant? expand_more
Only if we used acrylic (anti-crack) sealant (usually walls/ceilings). Silicone along the floor or in wet areas is not paintable because paint will not adhere.
Do you provide a warranty? expand_more
Yes, 2-year warranty on adhesion of the sealant work.
