For replacement work, we agree on removal and preparation before starting. We assess the extent of the work in your photos and include the agreed work in your project price.
What if the situation is different on arrival?
The confirmed price covers the agreed work and the situation assessed. If the actual situation differs materially, we discuss any additional work and its price before carrying it out.
